Our process...
By choosing SJ Landscapes you get peace of mind
Making Contact
Introduce us to your landscaping project by completing our Questionnaire and once received we will get in touch, firstly over the phone, to discuss your landscaping needs and help establish we are the right people for your project.
Initial Meeting
We will meet with you, on site, to discuss your ideas and work together to formulate a landscaping concept to meet your budget and the design elements you are after to achieve the desired outcome for your outdoor space.
*See tips below for our first meeting
Landscape Design and Concept Plan Services
We offer Landscape Designing and Concept Plan development services to suit your needs.
*Fees apply
Project Proposal
We prepare a uniquely tailored comprehensive and professional Project Proposal for you, based on our initial meeting, to meet the desired landscaping vision.
Proposal Handover
We meet with you, again, to go over the Project Proposal in detail, answer any questions you might have and make any minor changes. We find it is best if all parties involved in the decision making process are present at this time.
Project Proposal Acceptance
Once you are happy to proceed with the Project Proposal, we arrange for a landscape contract to be prepared and issue to you. This contract will then need to be completed, signed and returned to us, together with the applicable paid deposit, to initiate the project construction scheduling.
Construction Phase
This will commence on the agreed date, providing any applicable preliminary requirements are completed. The project construction phase will be carried out to the best of our ability, during the timeframe indicated on the landscape contract, however there may be times this period may change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, material delays. We endeavour, at all times, to be open and communicate with you to ensure we are all working together to reach the best possible outcome for your outdoor space.
Project Completion
We will run through the completed outdoor space with you and get you to sign-off your approval prior to finalising the project.

Things to consider.
What is your budget? How much are you prepared to spend?
We understand this can be a tricky conversation to have, however when clients hesitate or dodge the question, it really only does them a disservice, as it prevents us from providing the best possible design and materials, which will realistically reflect what it is that they are looking for.
Landscape Design and Concept Plan
To help visualise the outdoor space you would like created and to ensure we are all working towards the same outcome it may be of great benefit to invest in a landscape design or concept plan.
